Maintenance and Repair

There is 1 professional Technical Service Team in Ciputra Hanoi helping to improve the lives of residents. They manage and maintain technical items such as electricity and water system, elevators, fire-fighting equipment, swimming pool, gym and arrange for necessary and urgent repairs to apartments, houses and villas as required by owners or tenants.

Anytime we can contact the maintenance team through reception. Working hours are from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm every day, 24-our service available in case of emergency.
