Reception and Management
Ciputra Hanoi provides Reception Service and Real Estate Office to help customers with information and services. Receptionist are on desk 24 hours day / 7 days week to help residents and customers to deal with maintenance services, reporting for repairs, liaising with contractors and maintenance staff to quickly sort out required repairs.
Maintenance, water and electricity bills are sent directly to residents' door or mail-box, providing exact information and total cost. These bills are also paid at reception desk or Real Estate Office (next to G2 Building).
The most important duties of security team are to guard and supervise all activities both inside and outside of the complex to protect residents and their personal assets. Security team is professionally trained by a security company.
Security Service is divided into 3 shifts per day, covering 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
